Testimonials
D'Angelo | Liguori
“ Premier Estate Properties (in particular Gerard Liguori) have been wonderful to work with in selling our Boca Raton home. Gerry was helpful in every step of the process. He walked our home in the beginning and made suggestions as to what things we could do to prepare the home for sale and maximize the sale price. He connected us with the service providers that we needed, including their exclusive staging company (who was also awesome!). Once contracted and scheduled it took only one day to have our house completely staged and looking perfect for potential buyers and within a couple of weeks after staging we were able to secure a full price cash offer for our house. Gerry has been in constant communication with us throughout the process. We know he has many other properties for sale, but he made us feel like his only clients. He is thorough, responsive, available, professional and pays attention to every detail along the way. We couldn't be happier with Gerry and Premier Estate Properties and would certainly use them again in the future. ”
“ Premier Estate Properties did an exceptional job in representing and selling my home. The team helped to stage the property, and gave several very tactical recommendations to enhance the impact on potential buyers. One improvement included the furniture staging of the home, with the help of Meridith Baer - the impact of which I believe had a 10x return-on-investment considering the final sale price. ”
“ Gerry Liguori and team were very efficient and professional when handling the sale of an asset of our. Most importantly we received about 13% more than we thought was possible! This broke a record for dollar per square feet in the neighborhood. Great job Premier Estate team!! ”
